FAQs

How far in advance should I book my floral services?

We recommend booking at least 4- 8 weeks in advance for weddings and large events to ensure availability. For smaller orders like bouquets or hotel décor, 1–2 weeks’ notice is ideal. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.

Do you require a deposit to secure my event date?

Yes. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or on the day of the event, depending on your contract. Customer has the option to pay in full.

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Yes! We provide delivery, full setup, and breakdown for weddings and special events. Delivery fees vary based on location and event size.

How long is the rental period?

Rental items are for the duration of your event. We coordinate delivery and scheduled pickup the same day unless prior arrangements are made. Extended rental time may require an additional fee.

Do you offer décor rentals? What’s included?

Yes! We offer a variety of décor rentals including arches, candle holders, aisle décor, backdrops and specialty display items. Rental pricing includes setup and breakdown unless otherwise noted in your proposal.

Can I customize my floral design or color palette?

Absolutely. Every arrangement is custom designed to match your vision, theme, and color scheme. We’ll work closely with you to create a look that reflects your style and event aesthetic. However, certain flowers or colors may not be available for the season, so a similar flower maybe provided to create the look the customer is looking for.

Hotel Decorations?

There are three different tiers/packages that you will choose from. Each package includes delivery and set up. Cleaning is not included, however, we will provide items to assist with cleaning. If cleaning is needed the next day, it is an additional fee and based on next day availability. We do not book hotels for the customer.

What is your cancellation policy?

For larger events or weddings cancellations a 30 day notice is required. For smaller events, and floral bouquets cancellations within 14 days. Deposits are non refundable.
